POST /projects/{projectId}/agent-cases/{caseId}/refresh-source

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/agent-cases/{caseId}/refresh-source on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the autopilot:manage scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Native user authority over factory evidence eligibility. Re-reading the bound repository head can invalidate an accepted comparison and block publication, so an agent session must never decide that its own evidence is still current.
