POST /projects/{projectId}/agent-candidates/runs

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/agent-candidates/runs on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the trace:read_metadata scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the runs action of the caveman_candidates tool (read access). Read an improvement session's own practice runs and route tries: each scored commit with the fixed scorer's mark (kept or discarded), its cost ratio and per-task outcomes, and each route try's verdicts. With wait_seconds it waits for a pending one to settle. Only an improvement session's case token may read; a person reads the same on the case.
