DELETE /org/redaction-rules/{ruleId}

DELETE /api/v1/org/redaction-rules/{ruleId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the org:update scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Removes a rule that masks data out of captured payloads. A wrong deletion silently stops redacting; a human owns that decision.
