POST /org/members/invite

POST /api/v1/org/members/invite on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the org:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Creates or changes an organization identity. An agent proposes members; a human invites them, because a wrongly-added member is an access-control breach, not a config mistake.
