GET /org/members

GET /api/v1/org/members on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the org:read scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the list_members action of the caveman_people tool (read access). Org members, seats, and per-person spend and delivery attribution. Read-only — an agent never creates or changes an identity.
