GET /org/join-settings

GET /api/v1/org/join-settings on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the org:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Changes who may join the organization and how (invite link, approved domains, join role, who can invite, required SSO). An agent proposes; a human decides, because a wrong setting opens the organization to people it did not choose.
