GET /github/admin-proof/callback

GET /api/v1/github/admin-proof/callback on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Unauthenticated, or authenticated by a request signature rather than a session. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Not RBAC-guarded — it is the browser redirect that carries a GitHub user authorization back to this installation. The proof it records is about a human's repository administration, so only that human's browser can complete it.
