GET /eval-suites/{suiteId}/cases

GET /api/v1/eval-suites/{suiteId}/cases on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the trace:read_metadata scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the list_cases action of the caveman_evals tool (read access). Versioned datasets, reusable evaluators, workbench documents, strict suites, and evaluation evidence.
