GET /eval-runs/{runId}

GET /api/v1/eval-runs/{runId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the trace:read_metadata scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the open_run action of the caveman_evals tool (read access). Versioned datasets, reusable evaluators, workbench documents, strict suites, and evaluation evidence.
