GET /api/v1/eval-runs/{runId}/export.jsonl on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the payload:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Exports authored inputs and model outputs as a tenant-data download. Bulk data egress requires a human actor.
