DELETE /code/secrets/{name}

DELETE /api/v1/code/secrets/{name} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the code:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: A person's repository secrets are written by that person in the Code app. No agent connection stores, lists or deletes them; an agent in a Code session sees the names its runtime gives it and never a value (16-SECRETS.md).
