POST /code/runtime/pull-request-info

POST /api/v1/code/runtime/pull-request-info on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires a Caveman Code runtime token (Authorization: Bearer ccrt_...), minted by POST /code/runtimes/{runtimeId}/token. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Not RBAC-guarded — authenticated by a Caveman Code runtime token, only for a pull request of the repository Cloud made that Cloud computer for, for a chat whose person GitHub confirms may read it, on a computer no other person's work shares; Cloud reads it with the GitHub App and binds the first open one to the chat (ADR 0136). Agents authenticate through a scoped control-plane session and never touch these directly.
