POST /code/runtime/comments

POST /api/v1/code/runtime/comments on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires a Caveman Code runtime token (Authorization: Bearer ccrt_...), minted by POST /code/runtimes/{runtimeId}/token. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Not RBAC-guarded — authenticated by a Caveman Code runtime token, and only for a live automation run whose session is on that runtime's computer and whose approved revision declares a github.comment output, on the issue, pull request or commit that fired it (ADR 0133). Agents authenticate through a scoped control-plane session and never touch these directly.
