List or read memories

GET /api/v1/code/memory-stores/{storeId}/memories on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the code:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Team memory stores are created and curated through the Agents API by a person or a service account's key. An agent in a session reads and writes only the stores its session attached, through its runtime and as attached, never through a control-plane connection.
