GET /code/integrations/links

GET /api/v1/code/integrations/links on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the code:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: A person with org:update links a Slack workspace, Linear organization or Jira site to the organization with a one-time code the external workspace posts back (ADR 0133). No agent connection links or unlinks one.
