POST /code/desktop-token

POST /api/v1/code/desktop-token on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the code:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: The Code app's runtime mints its desktop renderer a one-hour token for that person's chats, wake hints, latency reports and runtime attach (ADR 0135). It narrows a person's own session; an agent never needs one.
