GET /code/credits

GET /api/v1/code/credits on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the code:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Caveman Code credits are read and spent by the Code app on a person's behalf. An agent works inside a Code session and never reads or changes its organisation's plan or credits from a control-plane connection.
