Put Upload

Stream the request body to the staging file for token.

Auth is the token. Body size is capped at the token's max_bytes; a request that overruns is aborted before the staging file is promoted to state=uploaded. Content-Length, when sent, short-circuits oversized uploads before any bytes are written.
