Full operator view of one workspace.

Counts and aggregates plus the member roster — never run payloads, prompts, outputs, or agent endpoint URLs. See services/admin_teams.team_detail for why each statistic is here.

Auth: anonymous → 401, non-admin → 403, admin → 200. Flag-off → 404. 404 when the team doesn't exist.
