Txn Oauth Start

Approve a pending request by signing in again with a linked Google/Microsoft account (no passkey needed). The provider is asked for a FRESH sign-in; the callback approves only if the identity it returns is linked to the request's owner. The state is bound server-side to (user, txn, provider), so the callback works even when it lands in a different browser (the Android app opens providers externally).
