Grant User Info

Narrow (or clear) the user-info fields a site sees, after the fact. Only the grant OWNER may do this. The change takes effect with the NEXT token the site receives — in-flight tokens keep their snapshot until their short TTL (the standard bound, same as revocation). Widening is NOT allowed here: a new field needs a fresh phone approval (the consent for a new disclosure cannot be given in a settings panel).
