Read your SSH connection

Poll current setup state. Expired attempts are reconciled before returning. Compare latest_operation_id to your accepted operation_id; another caller can supersede your attempt. connected describes completed setup, not perpetual Device liveness. Once connected, device_id is the Device to target from a Session (see Add an SSH connection).
