List the consumer's saved config profiles
Returns the signed-in consumer's saved config profiles (newest first). A saved profile is a named, reusable bundle of dashboard-runner inputs — a default org number, action, and test payload — reloaded into the in-dashboard dry-run preview. The bundle carries NO secrets (never an API key, never a government token) and no real personal data. Session-cookie auth (NOT Bearer); cross-tenant isolation enforced by the consumer_select_own_profiles RLS policy AND an explicit .eq('consumer_id', $1) filter. consumer_id is deliberately omitted from the wire shape (the caller already knows their own id). Supports conditional GET: the response carries a strong SHA-256 ETag and honours If-None-Match with 304 Not Modified. Cache-Control: private, max-age=60 + Vary: Cookie — the data is consumer-private and never enters a shared cache.

Strong ETag from a prior GET of this resource. When it matches the current state the server returns 304 Not Modified with an empty body, saving the payload.
