Delete a saved config profile

Permanently deletes a saved profile. Idempotent UX: a 404 (not found / not owned) and a successful delete both leave the consumer with no such profile, so no Idempotency-Key header is needed on this session-cookie surface. Session-cookie auth (NOT Bearer); cross-tenant isolation via the consumer_delete_own_profiles RLS policy AND an explicit .eq('consumer_id', $1).
