Edit a saved config profile

Renames and/or re-configures a saved profile. At least one of name or config must be supplied (an empty patch is rejected). The 404 collapses 'wrong owner' and 'not found' by design — disclosing which would let a caller probe the id space across tenants. Session-cookie auth (NOT Bearer); cross-tenant isolation via the consumer_update_own_profiles RLS policy AND an explicit .eq('consumer_id', $1). Naturally idempotent (re-applying the same patch yields the same row); no Idempotency-Key header on this session-cookie surface.
