Pays a card charge whose card was declined with another card: the same charge, never charged twice.

JSON with the cartao (the same fields as POST /api/credito/asaas) and, without an account, the navegador_id that created the charge. Only a card charge waiting for payment, by whoever created it, and up to five attempts per charge. Returns: { estado, estado_em }
