The text lives in R2 (mural-coleta). This call does not write and does not fetch GitHub. Same visibility as the listing page. Call it only when the listing page carries readme_api: a page without it has no README collected, and this route answers 404. Returns: { markdown, bytes, sha, repo_slug, fonte, truncated, api }
