The Briefings publisher delivers one document: the index or a topic.

BRIEFINGS_TOKEN only (the publisher's credential; it opens nothing else). The document is checked against the key it will live under — shape, sizes, addresses — before it is stored. Idempotent. Returns: { ok, chave, indice }
