The desktop delivers the export of the public bookmark folders.

BRIEFINGS_EXPORT_TOKEN only (it opens nothing else). JSON up to 8 MB, checked before it is stored: versao: 1, the topics (slug → post ids) and the items (post, author, date, text, up to eight web links). Send it gzip-compressed: a request carries at most 2 MiB. Kept in the app's files, outside every public route; the publisher on c3 fetches it when it changes. Returns: { ok, topicos, itens, etag }
