Lists reports — scheduled briefs and on-demand ones — newest first, with the period each covers and a link to its page. Free. Use when: the user refers to "the last report" or wants to reread one. Returns links; open a link to read the whole report, or call generate_report_now for a fresh one.

Idempotency-Keystring

Optional 8-128 character key. A successful envelope is cached for 24 hours; replaying the key with the same arguments returns it again with Idempotent-Replayed: true, and replaying it with different arguments answers 409.
