Adako

List the monitors on this account

Lists every monitor with its rule, whether it is on, when it last ran and when it last fired. Free; reads Adako's database only. Use when: the user asks what they are watching, or before creating a monitor, to avoid a duplicate. Returns ids you can pass to get_monitor_history, test_monitor, update_monitor and delete_monitor.

Idempotency-Keystring

Optional 8-128 character key. A successful envelope is cached for 24 hours; replaying the key with the same arguments returns it again with Idempotent-Replayed: true, and replaying it with different arguments answers 409.
