Send Test Push

2026-06-06 — Diagnostics endpoint exposed by the Settings "Test notification" button. Sends a real push to whichever channel(s) the caller has registered for THIS device — native FCM via push_devices.platform='android' and/or Web Push via push_devices.platform IN ('web','twa','pwa','browser'). The canonical push_service.send_push_to_user() handles the fan-out.

The payload routes the click to /notifications so the recipient lands somewhere useful (matches the sw.js notificationclick router's fallback).
