Get latest notifications for the current user.
2026-05-25 — Communication Centre domain alignment. When the caller passes ?domain=, we filter by the canonical services.notification_domains.TYPE_TO_DOMAIN map so each CC tab only ever sees rows that belong on it. Without ?domain= the response is the legacy unfiltered list (kept for compat with the bell-icon page and any other caller that still expects everything). Unknown domain values 400 — better to fail loud than silently fall back to "everything" and reintroduce the leak the fix is meant to close.

Query parameters
Communication Centre domain to scope the response to. One of conversations|hellos|requests|activity|your_events|circle|system. When omitted, all notifications are returned (legacy behaviour).
Cursor for pagination. ISO-8601 timestamp — return only notifications created strictly before this time. Pair with next_cursor in the response to load older pages.
