Unregister Push Token

Clear FCM device token on logout.

Loop 7 Finding #L7-29: this endpoint used to be registered AFTER @router.delete("/{notification_id}") — FastAPI matches in registration order, so 'push-token' was being cast to a notification UUID and the handler was 500'ing with Postgres invalid-UUID-syntax. Users stayed registered for push after logout and kept getting notifications on devices they'd signed out of. Moved above the catch-all.
