Save Plan Route

Add a generated plan to the Bucket List.

Requires sign-in even though the plan itself may have been generated anonymously: entity_saves is keyed on user_id, so an anonymous save has nowhere to live. session_id is still accepted so somebody who planned before signing in can claim and keep that plan.
