Update Adventure Plan Item

Mark one stop arrived / completed / skipped while the plan is underway.

Skipping records history on the item; it does not delete it and does not restart the day. Re-sequencing the remainder is a separate, explicit call so a mis-tap can never silently rewrite someone's afternoon.
