Swap this stop for something else that still fits.

Mechanically the same recalculation as Skip — the difference is intent, and it is recorded as such (replaced rather than skipped) so the plan's history says what actually happened. The replacement is whatever the planner finds feasible from here; if nothing fits, the honest answer is a shorter day, not an invented stop.
