Generate a sequenced Adventure from where the caller actually is.

Returns an itinerary built only from real, canonical Activities and Places that exist near the origin and fit the window. An empty stops list with populated notes is a legitimate answer — the brief is explicit that "no real data" must be said plainly rather than filled with invention.
