Dedup Bulk Auto Resolve

Auto-resolve all dedup-flagged activities. Rule: keep the NEWER of the two; archive the older.

  • If flagged activity is newer than its canonical → archive the canonical, clear flag on flagged.
  • If flagged activity is older than its canonical → archive the flagged (standard duplicate).
  • If no canonical recorded → dismiss (clear flag only).
