Refresh Stocks

Rebuild named stocks from EDGAR now, the way the EDGAR loop does.

For healing a few records after a fix without resetting the loop: a reset restarts the cycle at the top of the queue, so the stocks near the end go without a rebuild for as long as resets keep coming. Sequential, at most 5 symbols per call (each takes several seconds of SEC requests).
