Recompute Momentum

Recompute 12-1 momentum + percentiles from the price history store.

Run after each scripts/backfill_price_history.py pass (monthly): computes momentum for every symbol with history, ranks the cross-section, and merges values + percentiles onto stored records and filter indexes. No external API calls; takes a few minutes.
