Rebuild Filter Indexes

Rebuild all screener filter indexes from stored records (no EDGAR refetch).

Run once after a deploy that adds fields to the screening engine's index map — otherwise the new filter:idx:* indexes stay empty until the background reprocess cycle (~2 weeks) touches every stock. Takes a couple of minutes for the full universe.
