Get Property Intelligence for Job

Returns the cached Property Intelligence report (e.g. roof/property imagery data) linked to a job, if one has been ordered. Requires the property_intelligence.is_enabled company policy. Returns data: null (still 200) if the job has no linked report yet rather than an error.
