Get Job Territory Conflicts

Changed on

Read-only: recomputes territory matching for the job's current address/assignment and returns the result without persisting anything. If the job has no assigned territory, current_territory is empty and the recomputed result is included in conflict_territory instead. To persist the recomputed territory onto the job, use PUT on this same path.
