Dry-run territory matcher: finds which Service Territory an address/assignment would match, without creating or touching any Job record. Useful for previewing territory assignment before a job exists.

customer_address must contain whichever location field the matching territory type needs: zip_code for ZIPCODE territories, or geo_cordinates ([lat, lng]) for RADIUS/GEOFENCE territories.
