Get Estimate MIS Report

Flat, per-day tabular report, computed synchronously (no export/job queue). The date range is capped at 31 days. Field Executives cannot access this endpoint at all (400). Team Leaders are automatically scoped to their own team's users unless team_uid/user_uid is explicitly given. Unlike the Analytics endpoints, this report has no business-unit scoping.
