Apply for Financing Prequalification (Customer Portal)

Public, unauthenticated. Submits a customer for third-party financing prequalification (Wisetack) against an estimate. Reuses an existing non-expired prequalification for the same customer if one exists. The response only returns a hosted prequalification link/uid — the actual approval decision (qualified amount, APR) is delivered later via webhook and is not available synchronously from this call.
