Get Job Public Gallery Page (Customer Portal)

Public, unauthenticated. Renders the job's public gallery page — only attachments with attachment_visibility PUBLIC and include_in_gallery true are ever returned, regardless of query params. Requires the job's gallery.is_enabled flag to be set, else 400.
