Assign Asset

Assigns or unassigns users to an asset. type is the single discriminator for assign vs unassign — there is no separate request shape. For ASSIGN, each {user_uid, team_uid} pair is validated as a genuine existing Users-Teams association; for UNASSIGN no such check is performed, the user is simply removed from the asset's assignees.
