Get Gl Fixed Asset Register Reconciliation

The fixed-asset register against the ledger, per asset account — member read.

For every asset-account code (Swiss KMU groups 15/16/17, every code a category names, and accounts marked fixed_asset) on as_of (default today): the ledger balance, what the register explains (cost of the assets held on their category's asset account, minus their booked depreciation on its accumulated-depreciation account) and the difference. Advisory: a difference blocks nothing. stale_events counts register events on entries reversed before the register followed reversals.
